We
weren't sure about staying here due to their dodgy website written by a 12 year
old - with VERY irritating music that keeps turning itself back on when you turn
it off, but took a gamble and gave it a go.
We
were pleasantly surprised as it was far nicer than we were expecting. The hotel
is basically built up around a church and is on the top of a hill with stunning
views over the Tuscany countryside. The staff were all very friendly and
attentive, the room was cute and luxurious and with a very nice bathroom, 4
poster and air conditioning. Outside the facilities were far better than we
thought - with 2 swimming pools (outside and inside), a very well equipped gym,
sauna, steam room. The bar/restaurant by the pool was lovely and the food
available was a good range. In the evening the meal was stunning; both food and
setting which was in the inner courtyard.It's certainly not one to disappoint. Shame it's website suffers from being poorly designed so you don't really know what's on offer. I very much doubt they asked anyone who hadn't been to the hotel to review it! Having been there, we wonder where some of the pictures came from ;)
All in all a lovely hotel with great facilities and views.
